Managerial Staff
K. Chuck Honabach, President/CEO
A
Lancaster County native, Chuck started a residential
cleaning business in 1989 after managing
a family business.
Chuck is a Warwick High School graduate and attended
Kutztown University. He oversees the general operation
of Clean Works and expertly assesses the facility needs
of clients and potential clients. Chuck is a member of
the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Building
Services Contractors Association International (BSCAI) and the
Cleaning Management Institute (CMI). In addition, he is certified
with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration
Certification (IICRC).
D. Michael Ness, Vice President
Michael emphasizes business growth and vision setting
for Clean Works Services, Inc. Prior to partnering with
Chuck Honabach in the business launch, Michael developed
a strong career background in design. In addition, Michael's responsibilities include warehouse management and supply distribution.
Kelly A. Kline, Human Resources/Public Relations
Kelly
joined Clean Works in 1999 and is responsible for all
Human Resources and Public Relations
efforts.
Kelly’s direction has helped us to build a strong
and respected work force. She is a Conestoga Valley High
and Shippensburg University graduate and went on to receive
her M.B.A. from Shippensburg. Previously, Kelly was co-owner
of Kelly’s Deli, a family business in Lancaster
Township.
Jeffrey A. Burns, Operations Manager
Jeff’s expertise and energy has helped him to
rise to a managerial position within our company. He
began working for Clean Works part-time in the evenings
in 1997 as a restroom cleaner for one of the company’s
clients and eventually was named Operations Manager in
2001. Jeff is IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration
Certification) certified and oversees all CWSI employees
in the field. He is involved in new account start ups
and often participates in the building walk through to
determine service needs. In addition to his janitorial
industry expertise, Jeff also offers valuable skills
as a certified plumber.
