Healthy Home
Clean Works Services is built upon a foundation of providing a cleaner, healthier environment for both its residential and commercial customers. Our philosophy is based upon the fundamental right of everyone to live, work and sleep in a healthy atmosphere. With all of the negative health factors affecting us today, don't let your home or workplace drain the health of you and those around you!!
Deep-Cleaned
Deep-cleaning is the process of removing soils, oil and other residues from beneath the surface of your carpet. While bonnet cleaning, dry foaming and vacuuming may remove surface soils, only hot water extraction will fully clean and restore your carpet to nearly-new!
Filtration Soil Removal
For those of us with central air conditioning, the exchange of air into and out of your air conditioner can cause soil build-up around the edges of walls and especially near doorways. To combat this problem, Clean Works technicians carry a specialized solution to remove these stubborn soils and to remove the ugly black markings on your beautiful carpet!
Carpet Protector
While deep-cleaning can restore your carpet, and will provide a great platform for routine home-maintenance cleaning, it will not necessarily protect against those pesky stains and spills. For added assurance against future problems, request carpet protector. This specialized product will create a barrier between your carpet fibers and potentially harmful soils, allowing easier cleaning and quicker color recovery.
Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) & Linoleum
Vinyl composition tiles are 12" squares composed of vinyl chips compressed into a flooring sheet. VCT took the place of asbestos tiles (9" squares) in the 1980's to reduce occupant exposure to asbestos. VCT is well-liked in industrial applications for its durability and resiliency.
Linoleum, developed in the mid 1800's, is a heterogeneous mixture of materials compressed to form flooring sheets. Modern "linoleum" is actually polyvinyl chloride, which is preferred due to its higher gloss and lower flammable risk. Like VCT, linoleum is well-liked for its durability and resiliency. Linoleum is often chosen over VCT due to its lessened environmental impact and longer life.
